a walk with friends

 Howard, Anthony and I Went for a kits beach walk and it started to drizzle on us a little bit so we turned around to walk back and it stopped so we went down along the beach because the tide was out and walked along the beach, and I found some pretty rocks and a nice shell I hugged a tree for Chikako, and then we stopped at Chewies for a beer and some oysters. It was a good afternoon.

5- Difficult nite, hot flash hell

 It was a tuff nite and today is pain filled, the arthritis in my jaw is drumming a tattoo. 

did a little tidying, ate leftovers, gonna read a book just the now.

 And boy what a mess it was out there.  2 blocks, found my pic and around the block and back home.

Thoughts for the Day: Having some repetitive nightmare nights on a loop, hoping by putting it out there I will chase them from my subconscious and have a more peaceful nite.

My Brain is an funny place to live

 Sooo, today I began to declutter again.  I have been in this process for more than a year and this current round is because I have a large swathe of Chikako’s things I haven’t wanted to donate or part with.

It means I need a sweep of everything I kept last year to see what I will part with now to make room.

Once again the song Here I go again on my own, is playing in ma brain.  So 3 hours of re-organzing shelving unit and I know where everything is again and tackle the rubbermaid containers tomorrow.
