When the skin is thin, apples, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, blackberries, grapes, pears, nectarines, peppers, celery, potatoes, carrots.

Leafy greens are highly susceptible to pests and difficult to wash off all pesticides= organic
all lettuces and greens, kale, collard,mustard,swiss chard,spinach

broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus,
Dairy=go organic because of antibiotics, hormones.....

As for moi, I am home and recovering from a Sinus infection and Bronchial Pneumonia, soooo have been out of it. Today is really first day sitting up.
