It’s been a verra long time since I posted on this blog. It’s time to start again. Hoping to kickstart some healing and work through the overwhelming grief of losing a piece of my Heart when I lost Chikako.
It seems only fitting to start with food. I made Mutti’s Goulash today. I’ve had to do a lot of cooking to adhere to the strict food regimen required to heal from the immune disorder eosonophilic gastroenteritis.
Been a long haul since Christmas but am beginning to see dividends and am hopeful between the meds and my diligence I am on my way.
